Step 1 – Connect with Apn – rcommms .
Step 2 -Download Proxyfire .
Step 3 – Open Proxyfire than go to Options->Proxy Settings->Add

Port Type – 3128
Trick No. 2-- This trick works at a speed of 3.6 mbps in tamilnadu.

Port- 3127
DNS- 198.153.192.1 & 156.154.70.22
Access Point- rcommms or mms
